Breathtaking Stage Design for Direct The Way 2030

When realizing the "Direct… The Way!" project, we faced the challenge of surpassing the success of the previous year and transporting business partners and investors directly into the reality of 2030. We transformed a classic strategic presentation into an authentic experience of the future, with CEO Pavel Řehák at the center of the action. The entire concept relied on emotions and a dynamic environment rather than standard slides. Our goal was to ensure that professional technical event production enhanced this unique atmosphere and allowed guests to glimpse a world where "the sky is no limit."

The key to success was a creative approach to the venue and absolute technological dominance that nevertheless felt light and airy within the hall. Instead of charts, we focused on powerful audiovisual effects accompanying every piece of vital information. Our event technology solutions included videomapping and precise content synchronization. For these purposes, we constructed twelve separate display surfaces totaling 544 $m^2$ and a unique 103-meter-long elliptical structure that unified the entire space into one fascinating whole.

The complexity of the execution went far beyond standard measures. Complete technical production involved not only a sophisticated stage installation and a mobile catering setup but, above all, the flawless harmony of technology that hid its complexity behind visual lightness. The result was an event technical production that solidified Direct's position as a leader with a clear vision and left a lasting impression on all 600 guests.
