THE FUTURE OF AI ON A MONUMENTAL SCALE: GOOGLE CLOUD SUMMIT 2026

On June 9, 2026, thanks to close cooperation with Merthin s.r.o., we were able to deliver the highly technologically demanding Google Cloud Summit Czech Republic.

This prestigious event attracted over 1,500 guests from IT management, cloud specialists, data experts, and developers. Our complete technical support for the entire event included the transport and flawless installation of an impressive 37 tons of cutting-edge technology. This was distributed across 13 halls, where a rich parallel program focused on generative AI, Gemini tools for businesses, Vertex AI, cloud infrastructure, data migration, and cybersecurity took place.

The heart of the entire summit was the main stage, for which we designed and implemented advanced technical presentation solutions. It was dominated by a central wide-angle LED surface complemented by two side screens for detailed shots of the speakers and precise scenography with Google Cloud branding. In total, we reliably handled 12 keynote speakers on the main stage and more than 40 professional lectures and presentations throughout the entire venue. Camera recording of the speakers, show lighting combining area lights with moving heads, and 100% stable video direction ensured a perfect visual and acoustic experience for the entire packed auditorium.

In our presentation, professional AV support did not only concern the lecture halls themselves. We also equipped the extensive Expo zone, registration areas, and networking and catering sections with technology. Here, we completely took care of digital navigation, clear information displays, and interactive demo stations. The entire event thus showed in practice that even with such a massive range of equipment, the resulting success is primarily the precise interplay of the team and the attention to all the small details.
