Polycab, a leading Indian electrical equipment manufacturer based in Mumbai, held its significant corporate conference in Prague's O2 Universum. As a company actively involved in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), the event demanded top-tier complete technical production. The daytime agenda included an informative session, seamlessly supported by high-quality production, followed by a gala evening featuring an awards ceremony for business achievements and a spectacular concert. The entertainment highlight was Sophie Choudry, the British singer, actress, and presenter, who is a prominent figure on the Indian entertainment scene.
Our collaboration with Mantra Events & Promotions enabled us to manage all aspects of event technology Prague. We ensured that the entire event, from the technical conference setup to the evening performance, was executed flawlessly. This included providing a powerful event sound system for both the speakers and the concert, as well as dynamic event lighting to enhance the atmosphere of the awards and the music show, ensuring a high-level experience for all attendees.
