Professional Technical Event Production for the Forum Media Conference

Forum Media represents a unique event for specialists, national and global experts, and the public operating in the field of marketing and communication. A total of over 40 speakers addressed an audience of more than 500 participants across three separate stages. The conference took place for the first time on November 11, 2021, at O2 Universum, a multifunctional center designed for large international congresses and corporate events. Our company provided key technical support for conferences and AV services for companies, which were essential for the smooth operation of three stages with such a large number of speakers. The complete technical event production and overall conference services in the hall, which accommodates up to 4,500 guests and features an expansive foyer, required precise coordination by our production team.
