The conference was hosted in the cutting-edge DOX venue, known for its distinct, raw architectural aesthetic. For this reason, we opted against a standard stage placement against a wall, choosing instead an unconventional central stage setup for providing technical event support. Directly above the stage, we installed a sizeable cube equipped with multiple event projection screens, functioning as the primary piece of display technology. The overall atmosphere was achieved through sophisticated event sound and lighting. We used lighting to emphasize corporate-branded banners on the walls, and the stage itself was illuminated in matching corporate colors.
