Technical Event Production for Coca-Cola's High-Profile Conference

The annual Coca-Cola conference was held on the same day the 2018 Winter Olympics began. The full-day program featured various artistic elements, including music and dance performances by artists like singer Ema Drobná. Our dedicated team successfully managed the entire technical event production for this high-profile occasion. This involved delivering a premium conference sound system (including interpreting equipment), along with comprehensive stage setup and decoration. To achieve a luxurious aesthetic, we installed a custom black glossy floor. Furthermore, we utilized a transparent fabric partition to effectively divide the main hall into two distinct areas: the conference space and the refreshment/entertainment stands. The stands were enhanced with dynamic corporate event lighting matching the brand's colors and supported by the necessary audio-visual tools and sophisticated display technology.
